Most single items ship or are ready for pickup 3–5 days after you approve the design. Batches (party favors, class sets) usually 1–2 weeks. Need it faster? Say so in the order form — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Once you approve the design we send an invoice link. Nothing prints until it's paid. No deposits, no surprises.
Usually, yes. We stock a wide range of PLA colors and can order specific ones for larger jobs. Send a photo of the party colors or invitation and we'll get close.
No — we can't sell prints of trademarked characters or logos. We're happy to design something original in the same spirit (same colors, same vibe, no lawyers).
Yes. Pick "Print my own file" on the order form and drop the file in. We'll check printability and quote it. Replacement parts, prototypes, one-offs all welcome.
Cookie cutters are printed in PLA, which is generally considered fine for short contact with dough. Hand-wash only, don't put them in the dishwasher, and don't use them as long-term food containers.
