AZ3D Custom is a family-run 3D printing shop in Mesa, Arizona. We started making name tags and cake toppers for our own kids' parties and classrooms — then for friends, then for their friends. Now it's a small business built on one idea: a personalized thing beats a generic one every time.
Every order is designed around you. We'll ask about names, colors and the occasion, send you a design to approve, and print it on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon — a fast, enclosed, multi-color printer that gets details crisp and colors bright.
We're local: pickup in Mesa is free and easy. We also ship anywhere in the US.
Most single items: 3–5 days from approval. Batches and rush jobs — ask, we'll be honest about what's possible.
PLA for most gifts and decor. PETG or ASA for anything living outside or in a hot car. Food-safe options for cookie cutters.
Bring an STL, 3MF or STEP and we'll print it — replacement parts, prototypes, one-offs.
We can't sell prints of trademarked characters or logos. We're happy to design something original in the same spirit.
